About the programme

Sunset at Bobovac — Romantična noć, Mijakovići

⊛ DVONOĆJE is a two-day cultural and artistic event held annually in the village of Mijakovići on the summer solstice. The programme brings together contemporary art, experimental music, sound installations, exhibitions, and performative interventions in dialogue with the landscape, history, and local community.

The event culminates with "Romantična noć" (Romantic Night) on the solstice itself, organised by the local community as a celebration of heritage, music, and gathering.

The context

Artists and villagers share the same spaces, meals, evenings.

After the event

Documentation is published on the Zvjezdane Staze media archive. The Sound Walk remains as a permanent installation.

Programme budget (transparency)

This budget covers the programme organised by Zvjezdane Staze (Friday evening + Saturday). Romantična noć (Sunday) is financed separately by the local community.

Production & coordination covers: programme planning, communication with artists, logistics, administration.
